Amid public outrage over the homicide of a Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) youth wing chief, Karnataka minister Dr CN Ashwath Narayan on Friday stated the state authorities is prepared for “encounter” killings of criminals and the identical has been communicated to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
