Three-day property show begins in Hyderabad

Anticipating a revival of demand for real estate projects as normalcy after the pandemic, real estate developers in Telangana are back with a property show.

Around 100 builders, developers and financial institutions have put up stalls at the three-day property being organized by Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) at HITEX Expo facility in Madhapur.

TREDA could not organize the show last year due to the covid lockdown.

“The gradual resumption of economic activity is helping revive the demand for properties in Hyderabad,” said Sunil Chandra Reddy, general secretary of TREDA. business Line.

Actor-writer Naga Shaurya formally launched the 11th edition of the show. “We have seen a better than anticipated response. We see good demand for both residential and commercial spaces,” he said.

“With a large number of people working from home, developers are seeing a rise in demand for larger homes,” he said.
