Chandan star Shivarajkumar will turn 60 on July 12. His fans were expecting some big birthday celebrations as the actor has not been able to organize celebrations in the last two years due to the pandemic.
However, even though the pandemic situation is better now, it is unfortunate that he will not organize the function this year as well. As you might have guessed, the reason for this is the demise of his brother Puneet Rajkumar in November last year.
This is the first time that Shivarajkumar will spend his birthday without his brother and he does not want to organize any function as a tribute to his brother. He has also said that he still hasn’t recovered from the pain of losing Puneet and hence the celebrations are not going to happen.
A few days back, close aides of Puneet Rajkumar revealed that he had big plans for his elder brother’s 60th birthday and was planning a surprise celebration. Unfortunately, he passed away before it could happen and his fans are in tears ever since they came to know about Appu’s wish.
Although it is being said that despite there being no celebration, Shivrajkumar has given a surprise gift to his fans on the occasion of his birthday. Speculations are rife whether Surprise Gift is the announcement of a new film or some development for his upcoming films. Shiv Rajkumar’s untitled film with director Kotesh may get a title that is the best bet for most of the Shiva Rajkumar fans. The film is touted to be a political thriller.
Shiva Rajkumar’s most recent film Bairagi, directed by Vijay Milton, received a positive response on July 1, with the actor hinting at a sequel as well.
