– Wake up at 5:00 am and start your day
– 5:15 to 6:15 – Physical activity such as yoga, exercise, or brisk walking. Meditation and yoga will help you to relax, relieve stress and prepare your mind for the challenges ahead.
Take a bath by 6:30 and clean it.
– 6:30-7:30 AM – Review the topics you covered the day before.
– Breakfast and newspaper reading from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. This will help you stay informed about national and international events. Notes can also be made on current events at this time.
– 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM – Study the most complex subjects during this time as the brain is at its peak in the morning.
– 10:30 to 11:30 – After studying for two and a half hours, take a break of one hour. It will stimulate both the mind and the body.
– 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM – Focus on the subjective topics you will cover today. At this time the mind is completely ready for study.
Have lunch between 1:00 pm. Protein-rich foods should be included in the diet from 1:30 pm. This will provide you with constant energy throughout the day.
– 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm – This is the longest study session of the day. You can also make it two hours study and 30 minutes rest as per your capacity. Read the topics on which you need to focus more at this time.
– 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm – Take a break to clear the mind and drink a light breakfast tea. If you want, you can also do some exercises during this time.
4:30 pm. Till 5:30 PM – During this time, focus on activities that will help you in UPSC interview.
Use the rest of the evening to play sports or chat with friends and family. Go to bed early and wake up refreshed the next day.
