Kota: Angry over day-to-day scuffles with her husband, a 40-year-old woman along with her five daughters allegedly committed suicide by jumping into a well in her village under Chechat police station area of ​​Kota in the early hours of Sunday.
Police recovered six bodies from the well on Sunday morning and handed them over to the relatives after postmortem.

The deceased woman has been identified as Badamdevi (40), wife of Shivlal Banjara, resident of Banjaron ka Dera, Kaliahedi village under Chechat police station area and her five daughters have been identified as Savitri (14), Ankali (8), Kajal (6) happened. , Gunjan (4) and one-year-old Archana.
His two other daughters Gayatri (15) and Poonam (7) survived as they were sleeping and did not wake up.
Chechat CO DSP Praveen Nayak said, “Prima facie, everyday scuffles between husband and wife could be the reason behind the woman’s move.” The CO said, “The deceased woman’s husband Shivlal used to work as a blanket and cloth seller and had left for a condolence meeting at his relative’s house in another village on Saturday afternoon. He was not present at his house when the incident took place.”
On Sunday morning, local people saw the bodies in the well after which they informed the police. They said they reached the spot and recovered six bodies from the well.
The husband of the deceased woman, who returned after receiving the news of the incident on Sunday morning, also did not give any reason behind this sad step.
Police has started investigation under section 174 of CrPC to find out the real cause of death.
CO Praveen Nayak said that the family members have not submitted any report in the matter.
The bodies were cremated on Sunday afternoon.
