Varanasi: A 35-year-old woman has filed a case of triple talaq against her husband with the Lanka Police, alleging that he used to force her to dance in orchestra shows and indulge in immoral activities.
ACP Bhelupur Pravin Kumar Singh Said that after preliminary inquiry on the complaint of the woman, a nominated FIR against her husband naseem ahmed The Lanka police have registered a case under various sections against his mother and two sisters, residents of Mungra Badshahpur area of ​​Jaunpur district. According to the police, the woman has said in her complaint that she is married. Naseem in 2007 and they have two sons and a daughter. He said that in 2015, Naseem and his family forced the woman’s father, a retired government employee, to pay Rs 2 lakh to confirm the driver’s job in the civic body.
After this, after Naseem’s demand was fulfilled, he started forcing her to dance in orchestra shows and engage in prostitution. The woman said that her mother started paying Rs 5000 every month to Naseem’s family to ensure that she was not being forced to indulge in immoral activities.
She further alleged that in August 2021, Naseem, her mother and sisters had thrown her out of the house along with their children as she refused prostitution and dance in orchestra to earn money for her. She said that she kept on requesting her husband and in-laws to take her back over phone. She alleged that when she was making the same request to Naseem over phone on December 27, 2021, she gave him triple talaq.
