Amrik Singh Randhawa, son of actor and wrestler Dara Singh’s son Amrik Singh Randhawa, based in Sector-4, Chandigarh, caused a stir when the roof collapsed. Due to the collapse of the roof of the kothi, one of the laborers working in the kothi got hit by the roof. As soon as the information about the matter was received, the fire brigade team, including the police officer, reached and rescued him in some way after conducting a rescue operation for an hour. After which he was admitted to PGIMER. However, JCB arrived after about 40 minutes for rescue work.

The injured has been identified as Sajid Kumar (34), a resident of Zirakpur, who is originally from Bijnor in UP. His leg is said to be badly fractured. However, the police has started investigation in the matter. On Friday afternoon, information was received in the police control room that work was going on in the Kothi located in Sector-4. where the roof has collapsed. One person got buried in it after the roof collapsed. As soon as the information was received, police personnel, fire brigade team and ambulance reached the spot. Where Sajid was buried under the roof. The team of police and fire brigade somehow took him out after conducting a rescue operation for an hour. After which he has been admitted to the hospital.
