State Congress Chief Navjot Sidhu, who is working as a ‘Super CM’ in Punjab, has given a new task to the government of Chief Minister Charanjit Channi. He said that the government should make public the position of the treasury every month. Whether the funds that are being put on welfare schemes, whether it is earning or loan, it should be told to Punjab.

This demand of Sidhu is important because seeing the Punjab elections near, the Channi government is giving relief in a big way. This is not the first time that Sidhu has targeted the treasure. Earlier too, during the announcement of relief by the Channi government, Sidhu had raised questions about the condition of the treasury. Sidhu had even said that if the condition of Punjab does not improve, then a civil war-like situation can arise here.
