Kanpur: A family moves out of their house alleging molestation by a local goon and his associates in Sikandra area of Kanpur Dehat. police Said that the investigation into the alleged incident has been started.
A private employee, a resident of Rajpur police station area, has alleged in her complaint that on September 24, when her daughter was going to take a coaching class, she was molested by a local goon and his associates on the way. She returned home and narrated her ordeal to them.
He lives with his daughter, wife, son and an elderly mother in a locality under Sikandra police station area of the district.
When they tried to register a protest, the miscreants and their associates thrashed them all.
The accused is now threatening that he will become ‘Vikas Dubey’ by killing them.
“The goon is saying that he will kill them and become a criminal like ‘Vikas Dubey’. As a result, due to panic, the whole family is forced to take shelter in the relative’s house,” he told reporters, adding, “We have A message is also written on the door, in which we have given the reason for the escape.”
He said, “We have written on the door – ‘We are migrating to Jainpur because of some ‘dabang’ (fearless) people. We have been threatened with death. Our children are often being chased on the way. and they are being molested. The goon Ramu Mishra and his four associates said that they would not allow them to stay in the village. When they were seen in the village, the goon said that he would shoot them and become a criminal like Vikas Dubey.
Rajpur police station in-charge Kapil Dubey told that a few days ago there was an alleged fight between the two sides over some issue.
“Action has already been taken regarding the incident. There was no allegation of molestation at that time. Now a fresh complaint of molestation has been received. It also came to light that before leaving the house, the family had written a message at the door of the house. It is being verified. Strict action will be taken if the allegations are found to be true,” Dubey further said.
