The dead body of a teenager was found dragged by a crocodile. Vadodara News – Times of India

Vadodara: The body of a 15-year-old boy, dragged by a crocodile into the Dhadhar river in Karjan taluka on October 6, was found in a mutilated condition in Padra taluka on Friday.
The body of the boy, identified as Vijay Mali, was found about 5 km down in Sadad village Police told local people in the river that the body was found in a badly mutilated condition and the head and one leg were missing.
However, the identity was confirmed by injury marks and clothing on Mali’s body. The body has been sent to Padra health center for postmortem and a case of accidental death has been registered at Padra police station.
Mali, a Class VIII student, was dragged by a crocodile to Pingalwara village in Karjan taluka when he took his goats to graze on October 6.
A goat was trapped in the river and when the gardener tried to save it, a crocodile dragged it into the river.
When the gardener’s father Praveen had tagged him, he raised an alarm but within a minute the reptile had disappeared into the deep water along with the boy.
