Ankur Rathi got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Anuja Joshi last year and looks like the two are planning to tie the knot soon.
Actor Ankur Rathi has carved a niche for himself in the entertainment industry with his amazing performances. Be it Made in Heaven or Thappad, the actor has proved his versatility with experimenting roles over the years. As the wedding season is in full swing in the film industry, Ankur is also soon going to join the league of married actors. He got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Anuja Joshi last year and it looks like the two are planning to tie the knot soon. In a recent interview, Ankur revealed his plans regarding marriage and everything beyond that.
Speaking candidly with India.com, Ankur Rathi opened up about his chemistry with his fiancee Anuja Joshi. Describing it as an ‘unexpected change’, the actor said, “It has been 8 years in the making of this relationship. When we first got engaged, I was not sure how anything significant would change. But now almost two years later like -As our wedding date approaches, it seems that we both have stepped up to the plate. We have started taking more responsibility towards each other. It was an unexpected but very pleasant change.”
He further mentioned that since the two are preparing for the wedding together, it has helped them come closer. The actor also said that there are going to be “a lot of Indian tadkas” in the wedding. Chili chili pepper.”
Since Ankur has a handful of projects, the wedding preparations are definitely going to be a bit difficult for him. He told the news portal about the same and talked about how he has been juggling between work and personal life. The actor also mentioned that it is quite tiring for him. “It’s definitely been hectic, especially given that I’m often jumping time zones. My struggle right now is that I feel like I’m already behind in my day. No matter what No matter how early I wake up, I am greeted by an avalanche of messages and emails from the other part of the world. So now I don’t look at my phone until after my morning meditation, gym and breakfast,” he shared. Though Ankur Rathi is yet to announce her wedding date.
On the work front, Ankur will next be seen in Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon-starrer Shahzada.
