In his recent interview, Thank God producer Bhushan Kumar shared the release date of Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh’s Thank God.
Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and Sidharth Malhotra starrer upcoming comedy-drama Thank God was announced to release in the last two weeks of July. However, as per a recent report, the release of the film has been pushed for a later release. The film is the first collaboration between director Indra Kumar and Ajay Devgn After working in the 2019 action-comedy Total Dhamaal.
The film’s producer Bhushan Kumar confirmed the news to Pinkvilla in his recent interview. He said, “Thank God there has been a delay due to extensive VFX work. We will announce the new date soon.”
For now, the details of Thank God have been kept a secret. But it is expected that the film will knock on the big screen in the last quarter of the year. The release date of Thank God has now been moved by another Bhushan Kumar production, Ek Villain 2.
During the interview, Bhushan Kumar talked about the projects that are going to release in the coming few months. Talking about the film in the pipeline, Bhushan shared, “I have a lot of films lined up for release. Action Hero with Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhola and Drishyam 2 with Ajay Sir, Vikram Vedha with Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan with Ranbir Kapoor, is a Luv Ranjan film. We are also doing several projects with Rajkummar Rao, which will be announced soon.
Bhushan Kumar was asked to comment on the trend of remakes at a time when Pan India Cinema is thriving, Bhushan indicated, “Rowdy Rathore and Kabir Singh did a better job in Hindi than in the original industry and it is not as if all films of south origin are working on a pan India level. A film has to be good to work – be it an original, a remake or a sequel. ,
