South heartthrob Thalapathy Vijay has been offered a huge amount for his upcoming project with director Venkat Prabhu.
As Thalapathy Vijay fans eagerly await the release of his next Leo, the South heartthrob is already making headlines for Thalapathy68. Though nothing has been announced officially yet, it is believed that the Warisu star has collaborated with filmmaker Venkat Prabhu for the first time for his 68th venture. After receiving a whopping amount for his film Master, the star is once again in the news due to his remuneration. According to Grapevine, Thalapathy Vijay has been offered a whopping amount of Rs 150 crore for the upcoming film.
As per sources, irrespective of the box office performance, the film is already in a position to make decent profits from the non-theatrical rights. This is the primary factor in the impressive salary of the star. Reportedly financed by the AGS Entertainment banner, Yuvan Shankar Raja has reportedly been approached to compose the music for the drama. The remaining cast and crew of Enterprise are still under the wraps.

Meanwhile, after Varisu, Thalapathy Vijay is busy with director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming film Leo. The shooting of the venture is currently underway and the makers have already wrapped up a long schedule in Kashmir. Along with Thalapathy Vijay, the much-anticipated drama will also see Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priya Anand, Mysskin, and Mansoor Ali Khan in pivotal roles.
Trisha Krishnan will play the leading lady in the film. Both the actors will be seen together on screen after a long gap of 14 years. Trisha was last seen in the 2008 drama Kuruvi opposite Thalapathy Vijay.
Backed by Seven Screen Studios and The Root, Anirudh Ravichander has provided the music for the film. Manoj Paramhans and Philomin Raj are part of the team as cinematographer and editor respectively.
