SRINAGAR: The driver of a tempo vehicle was seriously injured in a “cylinder explosion” outside the Botanical Garden here on Wednesday, officials said.
A senior police officer said a cylinder explosion occurred in a tempo vehicle near Botanical and Tulip Garden.
“The driver was seriously injured and has been admitted to the hospital,” the official said.
He said the ‘effect’ of the blast was from the inside out. (GNS)
