Telangana government amends GO 59
As per the amendment issued by the Government of Telangana on December 30, 2014, the words “as on June 2, 2014” shall be substituted by “as on the date of application”.

Hyderabad: State Government Amendment has been brought in GO MS No 59 to deal with regularization and transfer of rights on land encroachments on unobjectionable government land and surplus land under urban land limits to people on payment basis.
As per the amendment issued on December 30, 2014, the words “as on June 2, 2014” shall be substituted by “as on the date of application”.
According to Government Order No. 59 issued on December 30, 2014, possession of unobjectionable government land and surplus land under urban land will be regularized by other transition. Encroachment through functional building units is considered only for assignments and possession placed on or before June 2, 2014, are eligible for regularization.
Now, the government has revised it “on June 2, 2014”.
