Tej Pratap Yadav went alone with the student union, BJP targeted Lalu

Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav on Sunday formed his own organization named the ‘Chhatra Janshakti Parishad’.

This comes just days after Tej Pratap locked horns with RJD’s Bihar president Jagdanand Singh, when Akash Yadav, the student union’s state president, was replaced by Gagan Kumar.

Prashant Pratap has been made the President of ‘Chhatra Janshakti Parishad’, while Aryan Rai has been given the post of Vice President and Piyush as General Secretary.

Tej Pratap announced the new organization on the occasion of Teachers’ Day during a program at his official residence in the capital of Bihar.

It is being said that this organization working outside Bihar will also be active in next year’s Uttar Pradesh assembly elections and will expose the shortcomings of the government there.

Apart from this, working in favor of the students, the organization will also cater to other aspects.

Tej Pratap said that ‘Chhatra Janshakti Parishad’ would mainly agitate for the interests of the students with the aim of solving the problems related to health and law.

The ‘Chhatra Janshakti Parishad’ spread in every village will also have an active participation in the Panchayat elections. The members of the organization can also contest Panchayat elections.

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Nikhil Anand took a dig at RJD supremo and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav while commenting on the formation of ‘Chhatra Janshakti Parishad’.

“Respected Lalu Prasad Yadav ji made tall claims about social justice but could not do justice in his family. He could not assign them a responsible role as per their seniority. His elder daughter Misa Bharti and elder son Tej Pratap have been instigated for leaving the family and political system,” said Anand.

“He (Tej Pratap) has now formed a student body but the unfortunate reality is that he is not educated. How will a fake student run a student organization now? I sometimes have sympathy for Tej Pratap. He doesn’t seem to be successful, but I wish him all the best in his efforts to establish his existence.”
