Tarak Ratna no more: Jr NTR’s cousin, actor-turned-politician Tarak Ratna passed away on Saturday night. Several Telugu stars expressed their condolences.
Taraka Ratna passed away: Late Saturday night a heartbreaking news came from Bengaluru that Telugu actor-turned-politician Taraka Ratna has passed away. The 39-year-old politician was Jr NTR’s cousin and had recently suffered a heart attack. He was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Bangalore. After the shocking news, several Telugu stars like Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu Expressed his condolences.
Taking to Twitter, Chiranjeevi said he was “deeply saddened” by the news of Taraka’s death. “Deeply saddened to learn about the tragic untimely demise of #NandamuriTarakaRatna. Such a bright, talented, loving young man.. gone too soon! Heartfelt condolences to all the family members and fans! May his soul rest in peace!” he wrote.

Allu Arjun also admitted that he was heartbroken by the news of Taraka’s demise. “Heartbroken to know about the passing away of #TarakaratnaGaru. Gone too soon 💔. My deepest condolences to his family, friends and fans. May he rest in peace,” he tweeted.

Tarak Ratna, veteran film actor and grandson of former Andhra Pradesh chief minister late NT Rama Rao and son of Nandamuri Mohan Krishna, collapsed during the launch of TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh’s statewide padyatra on January 27. in Kuppam. After initial treatment at a nearby hospital, he was airlifted to Bengaluru.
Sources said his condition was critical since he was admitted to the hospital last month and he breathed his last on Saturday. The actor is survived by his wife Alekhya and a daughter.
