As Tanuj taught contestants the ways of love, his personal life has also piqued fans’ interest. In a recent chat, the actor opened up about his rumoured relationship with Jennifer Winget.
In a chat with Siddharth Kannan, Tanuj addressed the rumours and said, “We were just friends. People keep speculating. Me and Jennifer still talk to each other and we still have a cordial relationship.” He said that Jennifer is “one of the best people I know. They don’t make people like that very often”.
Tanuj Virwani mentioned, “By confirming or denying this relationship, I feel it would be a big disservice to my wife. I will always maintain that Jennifer is a very special part of my life.” “She got me disciplined as an actor, as a human being because we spent a lot of time together on Code M. She taught me that you must value what you have because you are not going to have everything all the time and if you don’t respect it, it will leave you. She has been a very good, positive influence on my life,” the actor added.
Despite being all praise for his former co-star, Tanuj revealed that his wife Tanya Jacob has not met her. He said, “My wife and Jen don’t know each other. They have actually never met each other.” He said that he’d like for them to meet and revealed that Jennifer sent them a congratulatory message when they got married.
Jennifer Winget is one of the most popular actresses on Indian television. She was earlier dating Karan Singh Grover and even tied the knot with the actor. However, Jennifer and Karan parted ways in 2014. Karan is now married to Bipasha Basu and they have a daughter together named Devi.
