Tamil Nadu HSC, TN +2 12th Result 2021 Highlights: Last year, 92.3 per cent of the 9 lakh students who appeared for the exam cleared it, however, 2017 saw the highest pass percentage, when 94.4 per cent passed. It will be worth seeing if this year’s batch crosses the highest pass percentage.
To be considered as passing the board exam, candidates must have at least 35 marks in each subject as well as in aggregate. Students also need to secure 35 percent pass marks in theory and practical section separately as per rules. Most of the boards have given 100% pass percentage this year, however, Tamil Nadu has not announced it yet.
In the first time, Tamil Nadu is declaring its results without any exam. The exam was canceled due to the pandemic and the students will get their marks on the basis of alternative mode of evaluation. As per the policy, the result will be based on class 10 final score (50%), class 11 final score (30%), class 12 internals and practical (20%).
