Around 8 lakh students who appeared for Tamil Nadu class 11 exam can check their results online today, June 27. Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu had announced that it will release the TN +1 result at dge.tn.gov.in. dge.tn.nic.in, and tnresults.nic.in. Last year, all the students registered in class 11 were promoted to class 12 without exams, while the pass percentage in 2020 was 97.04 percent. In 2019, the pass percentage was 95%, while in 2018 and 17, 91.3 percent and 92.1 percent students passed respectively.
Students must keep their admit card handy to check their marks online. The roll number, date of birth mentioned on the admit card will be used as the credential to check their results online. Students can also visit their respective schools to check their result. The official marksheet will be released later and for admission to TN +2, the online result will act as a provisional marksheet.

In case of any error, students need to contact the officials as soon as possible and get it rectified.
To be considered passed in TN +1 or TN 11th, students need to score at least 35 percentile. Students will get grades along with marks. To be able to pass, students need to have at least a D grade. Those who get E will have to give compartmental exam.
