The Delhi BJP on Saturday alleged that the mother and sister of party spokesperson Tajinderpal Singh Bagga were being harassed by the Punjab Police, which booked them for attacking Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over his remarks on the film ‘The Kashmir Files’. has been registered. The Punjab Police has registered a case against Bagga on charges of making provocative statements, promoting enmity and making criminal intimidation following the complaint of the AAP leader. Verma questioned whether democracy has ended in Punjab, where people had given a massive mandate to Kejriwal-led AAP to govern for their own welfare and development.

The FIR lodged against Bagga on April 1 referred to his remarks, including his remarks against Kejriwal on March 30, when he was part of a BJP youth wing protest outside the chief minister’s residence in Delhi.
