Chennai: DMK has urged the Center to introduce a bill on the first day of the upcoming winter session. Parliament To formally repeal three agricultural laws.

The resolution recalled the DMK’s long fight to withdraw the three laws. said this chief minister MK Stalin Has been opposing the three laws from the very beginning and brought together party colleagues to protest against the laws.
“DMK had approached” Supreme court and imposed an interim stay on the implementation of the three laws,” the resolution added. On 5 December, party workers held protests in all district headquarters, while Stalin himself protested against the black flag.
Later, the DMK participated in an all-India protest announced by the Kisan Pratishtha Samiti and the next day DMK leaders along with 20 other parties from across the country met the President of India and requested the repeal of the laws. After assuming office, the DMK passed a resolution in the state assembly urging the Center to repeal the laws.
The DMK also praised the resilience of the farmers opposing the law.
