New Delhi: Popular TV actress Ankita Lokhande got married to Vicky Jain on Tuesday (December 14) in a traditional wedding ceremony at a luxurious five-star hotel in Mumbai. The couple tied the knot in the presence of their family members and close friends. After the wedding, the bride shared many pictures of her wedding on social media.
Ankita wrote a lovely note while posting pictures from her wedding on Instagram. She wrote, “Love is patient but we are not. Surprise! We are now officially Mr and Mrs Jain.” Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and well wishes.
Lokhande wore a golden lehenga for her wedding, which was designed by Manish Malhotra. She paired her bridal outfit with heavy traditional jewellery.
Sushant’s sister wishes Ankita a happy marriage
Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti made a comment on the post. He extended his warm wishes to the newly wed couple to start their new innings together. Kirti wrote, “Congratulations and blessings to the newlyweds.”
Ankita and Sushant fell in love while working together on the sets of Ekta Kapoor’s film ‘Pavitra Rishta’. They separated in 2016. Their break-up touched many tongues as they were considered as one of the most loved couples in tinsel town.
After the death of Sushant, Ankita gave solid support to his family. The ‘Raabta’ actor was found dead at his apartment in Mumbai on June 14, 2020.
