Supreme Court upholds clean chit to PM Modi in Gujarat riots case

The Supreme Court has upheld the clean chit given by the Gujarat High Court to PM Narendra Modi in the Gujarat riots case.

The top court, while dismissing the petition of Zakia Jafri in the Gujarat riots case, said that there is no merit in the petition. He said the SC upholds the order of the magistrate who had accepted the report of the SIT giving clean chit to PM Modi.
