If 92 per cent think that the constant chattering of the birds could be something ominous and create a fight between the family members, then 95 per cent will not let the milk spill as it would be a sign that there might be an accident in the near future. “It is blind faith, which is strongly perpetuated by the subconscious mind,” Ramani said, adding that there are many reasons why people maintain such beliefs. These include an unfortunate childhood event, adverse circumstances, being unrealistic, or even not understanding the difference between expectation and ambition.
