Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has been creating history at the box office. The horror comedy has left fans impressed with its storyline. They are loving it and the film is also crossing all records. Celebrities are also praising the performance of the film. Sunny Deol also joined the trend and congratulated the whole team for the success.
He took to his Instagram stories and shared the poster of Stree 2. He wrote, “Congratulations to team #stree2 for bringing heavy monsoons to the box office and cheers to exhibitors. Keep going.” The film, directed by Amar Kaushik, raked in an estimated Rs 255.35 crore in India net over its first six days. On its seventh day, the film continued its strong run, adding another Rs 20 crore to its tally, bringing its total to a staggering Rs 275.35 crore in just seven days.

The film’s advance bookings set the tone for its success, with 3,92,000 tickets sold on day one at national multiplexes, surpassing some of the biggest Bollywood releases. The opening day occupancy rate of 75.09 percent was a clear indicator of the film’s strong pull at the box office.
