A case of rape and intimidation has been registered against a youth working as a stenographer in the Ministry of Defense of Delhi in Hisar police station. A 22-year-old student of BEd has given a complaint to the police in the City Police Station that Ishwar Singh Jagda of Camry Road area in Hisar raped her several times on the pretext of marriage. According to the victim, on complaining about this, the accused, pretending to be his position, also threatened to burn her face by pouring acid.
The victim told that she lives in a colony near Malik Chowk in Hisar and is studying B.Ed. She met Ishwar Jangra in 2019 at a friend’s birthday party. Then God had taken his number and then they continued to talk. Ishwar Jangra was then posted in the Defense Ministry in Kolkata. One day Ishwar said that he wanted to marry her and that he would marry her after he was transferred to Delhi. Meanwhile, in December 2020, God came to meet him.
Ishwar took her to a hotel in Hisar and raped her. After the misconduct, God gave her abortion pills. Then the accused told her that he is going to marry her soon, so don’t mention it to anyone. Similarly, whenever he came to Hisar for two consecutive years, he would call her in a hotel and rape her. During this, the accused also took his videos and photos in his phone. On September 4, when he talked about marrying God, God refused.
Ishwar said that the family members have fixed his marriage at another place. For this reason he will not marry her. Forget whatever happened between them. If he complained about this to anyone, he would burn his face by pouring acid. She has access to the top, so she will not be able to harm him. The investigating officer of the case, ASI Rakesh Kumari said that efforts are being made to contact the accused, but his number is continuously coming off.
