Delhi traffic police issued advisory
Advisory of Delhi Traffic Police: The Delhi Traffic Police on Tuesday issued an advisory asking commuters, private vehicles and buses to stay off certain roads in the national capital.
Traffic police have asked vehicles to stay away from Motilal Nehru Marg, Akbar Road, Janpath and Man Singh Road between 7 am to 12 am. Due to special arrangements, the movement of traffic on these roads will not be possible.
People have also been asked to avoid SP Marg, Dhaula Kuan flyover and Gurgaon Road between 10:45 am and 11:15 am. Apart from this, buses will remain prohibited in Delhi beyond Gol Dak Khana Junction, Patel Chowk, Windsor Place, Teen Murti Chowk and Prithviraj Road.
A similar advisory was also issued on Monday, asking cars and private vehicles to avoid Motilal Nehru Marg, Akbar Road, Janpath and Man Singh Road. Apart from these areas, it asked them to stay away from Gol Methi Junction, Tughlaq Road Junction, Claridges Junction, Q-Point Junction, Sunhari Masjid Junction and Maulana Azad Road Junction.
