Srinivas Bellamkonda has known Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and Ram Charan since childhood and they still share a warm bond.
Telugu actor Srinivasa Bellamkonda is all set to make his Bollywood He made his debut with the film Chhatrapati. With the film’s release round the corner, the actors have been busy with promotions and interviews. During a chat, he opened up about his equation with actors like Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and Ram Charan. According to Bellamkonda, he has known these actors since childhood and is very close. However, due to their busy schedules and the demands of their respective careers, they are often unable to be together.
During an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Bellamkonda revealed that he has shared a close bond with the three south superstars since childhood. Jaya Janaki Nayak fame said that he used to be very close to Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and Ram Charan and they share a good relationship even today. Srinivasa Bellamkonda said that whenever he meets any of them, the actor welcomes them warmly as he has known them since childhood.
“My father (Belamkonda Suresh) produced three films with Jr NTR, I think NTR’s biggest blockbuster Aadi was given by my father. That was VV Vinayak sir’s debut film, now he is again launching me for the Hindi audience in Chhatrapati,” said Srinivas Bellamkonda.
Srinivasa Bellamkonda also mentioned that he is currently at a stage where he wants to make a mark in the industry without seeking any favors from his friends. The Kavacham fame admitted that he doesn’t often meet his childhood friends right now as they are all busy.
Srinivas Bellamkonda said that his close friendship with Jr NTR, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun has remained unaffected. He recalled how Jr NTR had promoted his debut film Alludu Seenu during a press meet and had said some “beautiful words” about him.
Srinivas Bellamkonda’s upcoming release Chhatrapati is a remake of famous SS Rajamouli’s Telugu film of the same name. The actor talked about his meeting with the filmmaker and mentioned that the remake is a small tribute to him.
Apart from Srinivas Bellamkonda, Chhatrapati also stars Nushrat Bharucha and Sharad Kelkar in key roles. The film is all set to hit the theaters on May 12.
