In an interview with Vogue in the US, Jang Ho-yeon said, “One month after the release of ‘Squid Game’ my life has changed.” She also said that she is working hard to learn English, train poses and voices, and expand her worldview through various arts and films.
Regarding Jang Ho-yeon, Vogue said, “If there is any Korean word to accurately describe Jung Ho-yeon, it is ‘Yol-shim’, which means something like labor.” Vogue also added, “For working hard, putting your heart and soul into everything, until it feels like you can explode.”
Jang Ho-yeon has been living in the US since coming to the US to promote “Squid Game” late last year. She attended the LACMA Gala and CFDA Fashion Awards and also attended the Gotham Awards as a presenter. ‘Squid Game’ wins Best Long-Form TV Series at Gotham Awards.
