Southwest Airlines Pilot Gets In Plane Through Cockpit Window; Picture Goes Viral

A Southwest Airlines pilot was caught on camera boarding a plane through the cockpit window. The pilot was forced to do so after a passenger accidentally closed the plane’s door. According to Fox5’s report, the incident took place at the San Diego International Airport. The plane seen in the pictures was bound for Sacramento. The picture of the pilot sneezing through the window was captured by a man named Max Rexrod and shared on social media. Significantly, the incident is of Wednesday.

Sharing the picture, Rexrod wrote, “No kidding… Yesterday the last passenger got off the plane and there was no one else on board, he closed the door. The door was locked. The pilot had to open the door through the cockpit window.” We had to crawl along so that we could board.”

According to CBS Sacramento, gate officials informed passengers that their flight would be delayed and that someone would need to unlock the plane from the cockpit.

According to the report, Rexrod was waiting at the gate when a gate agent said on speakerphone that someone had locked the plane’s door and there would be a slight delay when they tried to get inside. Rexrod estimated that there was a delay of eight minutes before boarding with other passengers. According to him, they arrived in Sacramento about seven minutes later than expected.
