Truly an artist, ‘Nightingale of India’ Lata Mangeshkari She was a legend who ruled the singing industry with her magical voice, and ‘Naam Reh Jayega’ has come as a perfect treat for millions of her fans to learn about her life.
Apart from singing, Lata ji also had a few other interests which spoke a lot about her creative personality. While the audience mostly saw her singing, very few know that Lata ji was a great photographer and she carried her camera with her every time she traveled.
While ‘Naam Reh Jayega’ brings back some memorable moments from Lata ji’s life, this time Sonu Nigam revealed his interest in photography. He said, ‘Lataji loved clicking photos. Whenever she had time, she used to go for jungle safari and click a lot of photos. In fact, he had a huge collection of photographs, and very soon we would expect a book launch of his photographic collection.”
With StarPlus’ 8-episode series ‘Naam Reh Jaayega’, more than 20 of the biggest Indian artists including Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh, Shankar Mahadevan, Nitin Mukesh, Neeti Mohan, Alka Yagnik, Sadhana Sargam, Udit Narayan, Shaan, Kumar Sanu , Amit Kumar, Jatin Pandit, Javed Ali, Aishwarya Majumdar, Sneha Pant, Pyarelal Ji, Palak Muchhal and Anwesha join hands to pay tribute to the legendary Lata Mangeshkar!
