Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday took a meeting of party general secretaries, in-charges of states and presidents of state Congress committees. In a meeting held at the Congress headquarters in Delhi, Sonia taught the party leaders about discipline and unity.

Right now the message of Congress is not reaching the grassroot workers. I have realized that there is neither any coordination among state leaders on policy matters nor their views on it.

Sonia said that party workers should recognize and oppose lies and propaganda to start saving democracy and the Constitution. This is the ideology of Congress. The interim president of the Congress said that the fight against the evils of the government will have to be doubled.
