After seven years of dating, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have finally tied the knot! They said “I do” in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close friends and family. Salman Khan, Sonakshi’s first co-star, attended her wedding reception in style. The Bollywood superstar made a grand entry to the bash at midnight. He was surrounded by his security. The actor also turned down paps’ request to pose on the red carpet.
In a video, shared by Voompla on Instagram, Salman was seen avoiding paps as he straightaway went inside an elevator with his security after entering the venue. He looked dashing in a suit.
Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha share a special connection that began with the blockbuster film Dabangg, where Sonakshi made her Bollywood debut opposite Salman. Their on-screen chemistry as Chulbul Pandey and Rajjo won hearts instantly, setting the stage for Sonakshi’s successful entry into the industry. Sonakshi Sinha has also made her first appearance post-wedding with Zaheer Iqbal, stunning in a beautiful traditional red silk saree. She accessorised with a striking beaded green and gold necklace, matching drop earrings and red bangles. Her hair bun was adorned with a garland of jasmine tied around it. Sporting winged eyeliner and a blush pink lip colour, Sonakshi beamed with joy on her special day. She also sported sindoor and held Zaheer close. The groom complemented her look in a white kurta and jacket. They happily posed as man and wife for the paps at the wedding reception.
