Soha Ali Khan, Sharmila Tagore, Saba remember Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi on his death anniversary

Cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, husband of actress Sharmila Tagore, passed away 10 years ago today, on 22nd September. On his death anniversary, his daughters Soha Ali Khan and Saba Ali Khan along with granddaughter Inaaya have paid tribute to the legendary cricketer. Also known as Tiger Pataudi. Soha, who is currently at the Pataudi Palace with her mother Sharmila and daughter Inaaya, shared a few pictures on Instagram, in which three generations of women can be seen praying in front of the late cricketer’s samadhi. Remembering her father, the actress wrote, “You are not dead to us till we forget you ️ #inmemory #10years.”

Soha also took to her Instagram Stories section to give a glimpse of the prayers offered by her. In one of the pictures, his daughter can be seen sitting on his lap as the two look at a framed picture of Mansoor. In another video, we see different pictures of her placed on the table and candles being lit in front of her.

Soha’s elder sister Saba Ali Khan also remembered her father on this day. She shared a video montage of her and wrote, “Abba…..I miss you every day and know you keep an eye on me. You don’t seem to have left us even a decade… it’s just a matter of yesterday. You will always be in our hearts. love you always.”

He also shared his old memories on Instagram Stories. In another post, he wrote, “Khana Qur’an…and many more, remembering ABBA.”

Meanwhile, Sharmila and Mansoor’s son Saif Ali Khan is in Maldives to celebrate the birthday of his wife actress Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Soha keeps sharing glimpses of her time in her ancestral home. A few days back he shared a picture with Inaaya, Sharmila and their pet dog and wrote, “Three generations of women! (and a dog).”

Sharmila Tagore married Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi in 1969.
