Snow up to 3 feet in Rohtang Pass

Here, along with all the high peaks of Kullu district, snow has started falling on the Mall road of Manali. So far, one foot in Solangnala, half a foot in Palchan, 4 inches in Bahagag has snowed. Snowflakes started falling on Manali Mall Road in the afternoon. Half a foot of snowfall has happened in Bijli Mahadev too.

Roads closed for vehicles

On the other hand, in NH305 Aut-Luhri also, the snowfall continues for two days in Jalori pass. Here a layer of snow about one and a half feet has frozen. Snowfall continues in Jalori Pass as well as in the higher peaks of the valley along with Sojha, Bashleu Jot.

However, NH 305 has been closed for traffic since Tuesday due to snowfall. On Wednesday, Pini, Beasar and Jethani roads of Kullu also had to stop vehicular movement due to snowfall. Many link roads in Sainj and Banjar, Ani have also been closed for vehicles.
