Sivakarthikeyan’s SK20 clashes with Karthi’s Viruman on Vinayagar Chaturthi

Actor Sivakarthikeyan’s stardom is on the rise, and his films have done well at the box office. Sivakarthikeyan is currently filming the Tamil-Telugu bilingual film SK 20 directed by Anudeep. The latest reports from the film are that Sivakarthikeyan will be facing Karthi for the second time at the box office.

Even before the completion of the film, the makers of SK20 have announced the release date and wished Sivakarthikeyan success. SK 20 is set to hit the theaters on August 31, at the time of Vinayagar Chaturthi, and will release in Tamil and Telugu.

As a result of this development, SK 20 will clash with Karthi’s Viruman, which will also hit the theaters on the same day.

In the past, during Christmas 2019, his films Hero and Thambi clashed with each other. However, both the films received positive reviews and were commercially successful. However, we will have to wait and see if both of them succeed this time.

SK 20 is said to be a romantic comedy starring Sivakarthikeyan, Maria Ryaboshpaka and Sathyaraj, with music composed by Thaman. The film is directed by Pushkur Ram Mohan Rao of Suresh Productions, Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Narang of Narayan Das and Arun Vishwas of Shanti Talkies. In Pondicherry, the final phase of filming is underway and should be completed soon.

Aditi Shankar, daughter of filmmaker Shankar, will make her acting debut with Viruman. The film also stars Rajkiran, Prakash Raj, RK Suresh, Manoj and Suri in pivotal roles. Virumana is a rural-based mass entertainer set in Madurai, and this is Karthi and Muttiah’s second collaboration after the 2015 hit rural entertainer, Komban. Karthi returned to Madurai after 14 years of shooting for his first film Paruthiveeran.
