Four Nihangs Narayan Singh, Sarabjit Singh, Bhagwant Singh and Govindpreet have surrendered to the police in connection with the murder of Lakhbir Singh on the morning of Dussehra on October 15 at Singhu border. The police sealed them and sent them to the forensic lab. In the forensic examination, it will be ascertained whether the blood on the clothes is of Lakhbir Singh or not?
