Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Navjot Singh Siddu has reached Burj Jawahar Singh Wala near Kotkapura. Talking to the people here, Navjot Singh Siddu has said that everyone should pray to bring the accused of sacrilege to punishment, it will also be fulfilled, it is the demand of the people of the whole of Punjab that those people should be punished severely. Siddu puts the government in the dock for not taking action on the sacrilege
Navjot Singh Sidhu had put his government in the dock by holding a press conference on Friday itself. He said that the government has not done anything in this matter so far. People are looking at them with anticipation and we should take action. Questions were also raised on DGP Iqbalpreet Singh on his behalf. After this, he had resigned on his behalf and he was not working at the grassroots level and after suddenly withdrawing the resignation, Burj Jawahar Singh Wala has reached.

6 year old Guru Granth Sahib theft case
The SIT of Punjab Police wants to question the Dera chief in a sacrilege case registered 6 years ago. The case dates back to July 1, 2015, when the holy form of the Guru Granth Sahib was stolen from the Gurdwara of village Burj Jawahar Singh Wala, located 5 km from Bargadi in Faridkot district. On 24 September 2015, two hand-written posters were found near the Gurudwara in Bargadi. It is alleged that abusive language was used in these posters written in Punjabi language and Dera Sacha Sauda’s hand was also written in the theft of holy forms. On 12 October 2015, parts of the holy form were found scattered in the streets of Burj Jawahar Singhwala. After this there was also an incident of firing on Sikh Sangat. In which 2 people died.

SIT will go to Sunaria jail for questioning on November 8
On 1 July 2015, Burj Jawahar Singh Wala near Bargadi was stolen from the holy form of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. For this, FIR number 63 is registered in the police station Bajakhana and Dera Sacha Sauda chief has been named in it. For which the SIT team wanted to interrogate the Dera Sacha Sauda chief and for this the court had taken a production warrant. But the Haryana jail management has not agreed to send the Dera chief to Punjab. After which the SIT team is going to Rohtak’s Sunaria Jail specially for interrogation of Dera Sacha Sauda chief.
