Mumbai: Actress Shruti Haasan on Thursday said that she has completed shooting for her upcoming film “Salaar”. Directed by Prashant Neel of ‘KGF’ film franchise fame, the pan-India film is directed by Prabhas and produced by Vijay Kiragandur.
Haasan shared the news on Instagram and thanked Neil for casting her as Adya in the project. “And that wraps up ‘Salaar’ shoot for me. Thank you Prashant sir for making me your Adya.. you are extraordinary.” @hombalefilms It was lovely working with all the team on this special film which was full of positivity and really I felt like family by the end of it. So grateful #seeyouatthemovies” the 37-year-old actor wrote along with a picture with Neil.
Touted as a “high-voltage actioner”, “Salar” has been shot in India and countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. All India film will be released in five
Languages on 28 September.
It also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao and Sriya Reddy in key roles.
