Shocking revelation of Rakhi Sawant: Mika Singh’s mother wished her death after controversy

Mumbai: Rakhi Sawant is often in the headlines for her controversies. From Mika Singh’s controversial kiss to Rishi getting arrested for her controversial remarks on Valmiki, Rakhi Sawant has faced many controversies in the industry over the years.

The ‘Bigg Boss’ contestant, during an interaction with an entertainment portal, spoke about the controversies and how it affected her and her mother’s life. She also revealed that her decision to join the film industry has separated her from her family.

Rakhi Sawant also revealed during her interview how her mother reacted to Mika Singh’s famous controversy and wished that Rakhi would die the very moment she was born. Rakhi Sawant told the Bollywood bubble in Hindi, “People always tell me that I am an attention-getter. Guys, I’m not an attention seeker. The media loves me… There was a time when my mother told me, ‘What is this, your controversy? I wish you died the very moment you were born.’ This is when my family turned on my mother, after my incident with Mika Singh. My father used to beat my mother. I told her, ‘When I come to Bollywood, no one will give me the crown, let me struggle, give me freedom’. I am not the daughter of Amitabh Bachchan or Anil Kapoor. I haven’t even gone to high school.”

Rakhi also revealed that the only option she had was to run away from her home and join the film industry. She was quoted by the portal as saying, “Today, my father would have been proud of me…Thank God I took this decision as I have become what I am today.”

Rakhi Sawant is known for her dance numbers in the film industry. She has also participated in reality shows like ‘Bigg Boss’, ‘Nach Baliye’, ‘Zara Nachke Dikha’ and others.
