In a major setback late Monday, Mumbai Police arrested businessman Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actor and model Shilpa Shetty, for allegedly creating obscene material and publishing them through a mobile application.
Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale said in a late night statement that the shocking action was based on a case registered by the police in February this year.
Subsequently, Kundra, a British-Indian businessman, was being investigated by the Crime Branch-CID of the Mumbai Police.
