Sharjah Weather Updates, India U19 vs Bangladesh U19, ACC U19 Asia Cup 2021-22: Weather Forecast for today’s IND-U19 vs BD-U19 match

Another cracker of a game is expected to entertain the spectators as India U19 take on Bangladesh U19 in the second semi-final of the U19 Asia Cup. The much-awaited match will be played at Sharjah Cricket Ground on Thursday, 30 December.

Bangladesh are heading towards the contest with five points from two wins and one loss. Their last league match against Sri Lanka in Sharjah was called off midway after an umpire tested positive for COVID-19. Barring the abandoned game, Bangladesh won both their matches against Kuwait and Nepal by 222 and 154 runs respectively.

At the end of the league stage, the team had the same number of points as Sri Lanka. However, due to their good run rate, they finished first while Sri Lanka had to be content with second place in Group B.

India, on the other hand, reached the semi-finals by collecting four points during the league stage of the competition. The team finished second in Group A with two wins and one loss. Although India won against Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates, they suffered a two-wicket loss against Pakistan Under-19s.
