Shahrukh Khan reaches Arthur Roll Jail to meet son Aryan Khan, watch video

bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan Arthur has reached the Road Jail to meet his son Aryan Khan. The 23-year-old was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 in a drug-related case and later remanded to judicial custody after the court rejected his bail. When Shahrukh entered the jail on Thursday morning, he was seen outside the jail. A large number of media persons and local residents had gathered outside the jail when the actor arrived. The actor was photographed by the paparazzi, who were stationed outside the jail to follow up on updates related to the case. Heavy police security was deployed outside the jail premises as well.

Till now, the family members of the prisoners were not being allowed to visit the jail in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. The jail authorities had started allowing the family members of the prisoners to meet them from Thursday morning itself. According to the jail superintendent, when Shahrukh came inside the jail, his Aadhar card and other documents were checked and then he was sent inside with a token. Aryan and Shahrukh talked for 15-20 minutes in the presence of four guards. There was a glass fence between the two and they used to talk through an intercom on either side. No special treatment was given to the actor. After the meeting time was over, Shahrukh himself went out.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan on Wednesday approached the Bombay High Court for bail in connection with the seizure of banned drugs on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.

Earlier on Wednesday, the special NDPS court of Mumbai had rejected Aryan Khan’s bail plea. Thereafter, his lawyers immediately filed an appeal in the High Court challenging the order of the lower court.

Aryan Khan’s lawyers are likely to mention the appeal before a single bench of Justice NW Sambre on Thursday.

The special court on Wednesday afternoon rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and fashion model Munmun Dhamecha.

He was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 and is currently in judicial custody.
