Juhi Chawla said that she and Shah Rukh Khan are not the best people to watch matches with.

Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla and Juhi’s husband Jay Mehta are co-owners of the popular IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders aka KKR. They are often spotted in stadiums together, cheering for their team and watching the match with vigour. However, in a recent interview, Juhi revealed that it is not the best idea to watch a match with Shah Rukh.

“It is not good to watch a match with him because when our team is not performing well, he vents out his anger at me. I tell him to tell that to the team and not me. So we are not the best people to watch the match with. I think the same goes for a lot of owners. They all can be seen sweating while their teams play,” Juhi said at a recent event.

Juhi said, “When our team plays, it is interesting to watch them and we all are highly tense.” She added, “IPL is always exciting. We all are in front of our television sets.”

The current IPL season was kicked off last month. The opening ceremony took place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, commonly known as the Chepauk Stadium. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff kicked off the ceremony with their stellar dance performance. They performed to several hit songs like Desi Boys and Suno Gaur Se Duniya Walo. Besides Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, AR Rahman and Sonu Nigam also performed at the ceremony.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial venture Dunki. The film also featured Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in key roles. He will next be seen in King with Suhana Khan as she marks her full-fledged feature debut. The superstar also has Tiger vs Pathaan in the pipeline with Salman Khan.
