New Delhi: Shahrukh Khan’s stardom is like no other and the success of ‘Pathan’ proved it right. In less than two weeks of its run, the film is already a blockbuster and has broken several records at the box office. Now to express gratitude to his fans, superstar Shah Rukh Khan shared a new post on Instagram. In the picture, Shah Rukh can be seen looking ahead as the sun’s rays fall on him. “The sun is alone….it burns…and comes out of darkness to shine again. Thank you all for shining the sun on #Pathan.”
Fans were elated to see the picture of their favorite superstar and started showering their love in the comments section. A user commented, “You are the sun for us sir… You give us all hope to shine.” Another user wrote, “May Pathan give you more strength.”

Pathan marks the return of Shah Rukh Khan to films after a long gap of four years. He was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s ‘Zero’ in 2018 alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, however, it failed to impress the audience.
Ahead of the release of ‘Pathan’, a boycott campaign was launched against the film over Deepika Padukone’s saffron outfit in the song ‘Besharam Rang’. However, all this did not affect the box office as `Pathan` received an overwhelming response from the audience. The film entered the Rs 100 crore club on its first day and has now collected over Rs 800 crore at the box office.
