The latest photos of Sex and the City actor Sarah Jessica Parker are breaking the internet and for all the right reasons. She was seen wearing a designer lehenga by none other than Indian brand Falguni Shane Peacock on the sets of And Just Like That. She wore a pink and blue fuchsia blouse with a similar lehenga and accessorised her look with a ‘maang tika’. She also added flowers to her braided hair.
She also added green bangles and her necklace to her look. See their pictures.
Designer Falguni Shen also took to her social media handle to share pictures of the actress. She wrote, “And just like that.. we became a part of a show that I watched my tweens, quoting all the dialogues (especially Carrie’s) and having endless discussions with all my girl friends. @sarahjessicaparker you see Like a dream in that beautiful lehenga.♥️”
Meanwhile, And Just Like That is a reboot of Sex and the City and will star Parker (Carrie), Cynthia Nixon (Miranda), Kristin Davis (Charlotte). It will follow the journey of their friendship in the 50s. Kim Cattrall won’t be back after her feud with the cast, especially Sarah Jessica Parker. It will air in December.
The original series was based on a book by Candace Bushnell of the same name. It successfully ran for six seasons and was later made into two feature films. A prequel television series, The Carrie Diaries, also ran for two seasons.
