An NFR spokesperson said that the Kamakhya-Delhi Brahmaputra Mail, Marabari-Guwahati Passenger Special, Silghat Town-Guwahati DEMU Special will remain canceled on June 22.

Several trains were canceled on Tuesday by the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) due to damage to railway properties in parts of Bihar amid protests against the Agneepath scheme and floods in Assam. An NFR spokesperson said that Kamakhya-Delhi Brahmaputra Mail, Mairabari Guwahati Passenger Special, Silghat Town Guwahati DEMU Special will remain canceled on June 22.

He said that the Kamakhya Anand Vihar Express running on 23rd June has also been cancelled. He said railway tracks have been damaged due to flood waters in Chaparmukh Senchoa section of Lumding division in Assam.

NFR canceled more than 25 trains on Monday.
