Cybersecurity company SentinelOne completed its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, raising $1.2 billion at the company’s $8.9 billion valuation.
The company begins trading on Wall Street Wednesday with the ticker symbol S at a price of $35 per share.
