Mandy’s post on the social media platform opened last week with a screenshot of her DM showing how someone was giving her unsolicited advice on losing weight. The screenshots were followed by pictures of Mandy from the hospital while she was being treated for her medical condition.

There was also a clear note accompanying the pictures.
